Picnic for Two- beginning at $150
Enjoy a picnic for two! Included in this package is a basic set up with a two hour rental. Basic set up includes: choice of theme and location, picnic blanket with ground padding, pillows, blankets, place setting and utensils for each guest, decor, water, and clean up. Food, drinks, upgraded seating & other add ons are extra with the option to bring whatever you like. Who said threes a crowd? Not us! Included in this package is a basic set up with a two hour rental. Personal Picnic- beginning at $100
The ultimate treat-yo-self package! Included in this package is a basic set up with a two hour rental. Basic set up includes: choice of theme and location, picnic blanket with ground padding, pillows, blankets, place setting and utensils, decor, water, and clean up. Pothead Picnic- beginning at $250
(Ages 21+ only) It’s 4:20 somewhere! Enjoy a private and safe cannabis friendly picnic from the comfort of your backyard! You bring the cannabis- we’ll provide the scenery! Ideal for birthday parties or group gatherings. Munchies Pack, delicious curated snacks and candies, included in this package (nut free and gluten free options available on request). Included in this package is a basic set up with a three hour rental. Set up for 4 people. Each additional person $20. Setup includes: tent, twinkle lights, smoking essentials (lighters, ashtray, papers, hemp wick, etc.), picnic blanket with ground padding, pillows, blankets, place setting and utensils for each guest, decor, water, and clean up. Food, drinks, upgraded seating & other add ons are extra with the option to bring whatever you like. Please note; cannabis can not be consumed in public on public property. Moonlight Picnic- beginning at $250
Our namesake picnic worthy of a Rom-Com! Enjoy a romantic candlelit dinner under the stars and spice up date night in the safety of your backyard! Included in this package is a basic set up with a three hour rental. Set up for 2 people. Each additional person $20. This set up includes: tent, choice of theme, picnic blanket with ground padding, pillows, blankets, Bluetooth speaker, mood lighting, place setting and utensils for each guest, decor, water, and clean up. Add ons are extra additions to enhance your picnic and create a truly magical experience. Prices listed next to items below. Get Informed
How do I book?
To book send us a message with your date, time, the package you have in mind, and your preferred method of contact. We will then either email, text, or call you to go over: a) where you want your picnic, b) what theme you want, and c) any possible ad ons you’d like to add to your picnic.
We will then send over a waiver for you to sign and will begin processing payment. Continue below to begin booking your event. Please note; picnics need to be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to event date.
Bad Weather
We do not offer refunds for weather cancellations but we will work with you to give you the picnic of your dreams! We will not host a picnic in unsafe weather (high winds, thunderstorms, hail, snow, etc.). We can move the picnic indoors or reschedule for another day. We will reach out the day before your event and the morning of. Read on below for more information.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for scheduled picnics. We will work with you to reschedule for another time no questions asked; but we do not offer refunds. Read on for more information.
Reservations are non-refundable but eligible for reschedule.
In the event of rain or bad weather, the client has up to 72 hours prior to the picnic date to decide if they want to reschedule the event.
We will not be able to assemble in bad weather and will offer the client to reschedule at a later date and can make the call day of picnic (If client chooses not to cancel on their own).
If the client is an Illinois resident they have a 6 month limit following the cancelled event for rescheduling and must be of equal or higher value. If the client is a non-resident they have 1 year to reschedule at any open, available date.
Moonlight Picnics will apply the Client's original deposit toward the rescheduled event if it is within the appropriate time frame of the original picnic date.
What if I am not satisfied with Moonlight Picnics?
We’re sorry to hear that! We pride ourselves on customer service. Please message us or give us a call and we’ll do our best to work with you to ensure you have a positive experience with Moonlight Picnics.
Gift Cards
We do offer gift cards! Starting at $100 and up! Message us for more information. Gift cards must be used within one year of purchase.
Food & Drink
We do not provide food or beverages besides water. Each picnic comes with a complimentary lemon water (purified/distilled) and you may add on a snack pack if you’d like a small snack. You are encouraged to bring whatever food and nonalcoholic beverages you'd like to enjoy. If you would like to order take out from a local restaurant, we can have your meal picked up and ready for you at your picnic (we charge a $20 pick up fee). If you are bringing your own food, we will provide plates, napkins and utensils. *Please keep in mind, only 21+ over able to participate in a picnic where alcohol is being consumed.
Age Restrictions
While you do not have to be any age for our basic picnics, we do have age restrictions for a few of our speciality packages. Only adults 21+ can participate in a Pothead Picnic. Any alcohol or cannabis themed add on will be asked to provide proof of age and will be asked to sign a waiver.
Do we provide marijuana/ alcohol?
No; we do not provide marijuana or alcohol for consumption during any of our picnics. We provide a safe and comfy space for you to consume on your own. Similar to the Bring Your Own Bottle- only it’s Bring Your Own Bud!
Any alcohol or cannabis themed add on will be asked to provide proof of age and will be asked to sign a waiver. *Please note alcohol is only an applicable add on for picnics hosted at private residences.
